Our Chamber’s Northshore Young Professionals Committee, in partnership with the Northshore Community Foundation, recently hosted Speed Connection—an engaging event designed to connect emerging leaders with local nonprofit organizations.
Held at Kent Design Build’s office, the event featured 25 local nonprofits in a fast-paced, speed-networking format. Participants rotated through brief conversations to learn about volunteer opportunities, board service and other meaningful ways to contribute to the community.
Attendees enjoyed a complimentary lunch while building relationships with peers who share a passion for civic engagement and community impact. The event sparked new connections, fresh ideas and greater awareness of the important work being done across the Northshore.
