The Board Member of the Year Award recognizes a board member who has demonstrated exemplary leadership and governance of the Chamber while actively advancing our mission.
This year, we are proud to recognize David Landry with Carver Darden as our 2025 Board Member of the Year. His service to the Chamber has been defined by generosity, professionalism and genuine kindness. As an attorney and dedicated member of our Board, David has provided nearly ten years of steady, thoughtful leadership.
He has consistently offered sound legal guidance that has strengthened the Chamber’s governance and protected its long-term interests—not because it is expected, but because he believes deeply in our mission and in the value the Chamber brings to the business community.
Beyond the boardroom, David is one of the Chamber’s strongest ambassadors. He actively promotes the Chamber to prospective members, speaks highly of our work and welcomes new members with enthusiasm and sincerity. His positive spirit and approachable nature make everyone feel valued, whether they are longtime leaders, first-time attendees or representatives of top investors.
