The St. Tammany Chamber recently hosted its annual Southern Nights Soiree, its biggest fundraiser of the year and a premier event of the summer season. More than 200 guests gathered at The Greystone, a perfect setting for a fun evening of celebration with friends and community leaders from throughout St. Tammany. Chaired by Louis Ochoa with The Sadie Jane, the evening featured casino games, a wine wheel, an open bar, delectable tastings from area fine-dining restaurants and both a live and silent auction.

The premiere sponsors for the fundraising event were the Chamber’s president-level investors: American Bank, Avala, CGB Enterprises/Zen-Noh Grain, Gambel Communications, Hancock Whitney, Lakeview Hospital, Ochsner Health, REV Business, Slidell Memorial Hospital, St. Tammany Health System and Visit The Northshore. Live Oak Sponsors were Bonvenu Bank and OnPath Federal Credit Union; Soiree Sponsors were Blue Williams, Carver Darden, Cox Business, Gulf States Real Estate Services, Horizon Bank, OnPath Federal Credit Union and Winters Title; and Magnolia Sponsors were Inside Northside, Northshore Media Group and State Representative Mark Wright.

Participating area restaurants were Boulevard American Bistro, La Caretta, LOLA, Pat Gallagher’s 527, Si Senor Taqueria, The Lakehouse, The Sadie Jane and Triple Nickel Grill, with specialty cocktails by Seven Three Distilling Company. Chef Pat Gallagher of Gallagher’s 527 Restaurant and Bar was the recipient of “The People’s Choice: Best Cuisine” Award.
